youcalc has launched our first apps for Highrise (CRM-system by 37Signals)

There is a Deals Pipeline Analyzer and an Activity Analyzer dashboard.

We expect to launch more Highrise apps soon.

The Deals Pipeline Analyzer gives all users of Highrise a graphical dashboard analysis of their deals and pipeline. Stay updated with live interactive charts of pending, won and lost deals for the entire sales organization or for a specific sales rep.

The app also gives you an instant overview of pending/won/lost deals by product category. You can even drill down to a filtered list of deals and click on a specific deal to open it inside Highrise.

Track pipeline growth and the value of deals created for the past months to see if you are building up your pipeline. Let the app convert and sum deals in multiple currencies using live exchange rates from the European Central Bank.

The Activity Analyzer gives you an instant view of who in the organization is generating most/least new leads. It tells you how many new contacts have been created recently.

Both apps put everything into a single screen for an easy overview.

Users of Sugar CRM can now measure the quality of their pipeline with youcalc apps. This gives sales reps the tool to catch stalling opportunities before they are lost and help you keep the pipeline up-to-date to sort out junk opportunities for more accurate forecasts.

The app group each opportunity by a set of rules, which are as follows:

• Overdue ~ Closing date has passed.
• Stalled ~ Not overdue but not updated for the past 20 days.
• In Danger ~Not overdue or stalled, but there is no planned activities.
• OK ~ Not overdue, stalled or in danger.

The current example runs on Sugar CRM demo data, so expect heavy startup time as each new session will initiate a new demo dataset from their side.

With the Salesforce iGoogle Gadgetizer you get access to all of your data from salesforce.com without leaving iGoogle.

Get interactive lists of opportunities, cases, leads, accounts and tasks in one integrated widget. Filter on a number of parameters or use the built-in search for name-specific filtering.

To get this app on your app details page, simply go the the app details page. Then click on the iGoogle icon to add it to your iGoogle.

Just back from two days at O'Reilly's Web 2.0 Expo in Berlin.

Lots of inspiration, excellent networking, and most important: youcalc won 2nd price in the start-up pitch competition!

We have been selected to present in a start-up pitch session at O'Reilly's Web 2.0 Expo in Berlin on Tue 21st. Oct.

8-12 companies will be pitching to a panel of VCs, analysts, journalists, and conference attendees.

One of the apps built by a user of youcalc has been highlighted as "Noticable mention" in the Yahoo BOSS API mashup competition run my Yahoo and Mashable.

We have been invited to speak/present at www.widgetwebexpo.com in London on October 7th. (next week)

Rasmus & Soren will speak about widgets and mashups in the enterprise 2.0, and we will be running a short demo of the youcalc platform, building an analytics app on top of salesforce.com or other SaaS enterprise platform.

6 days since launch and youcalc has "global coverage". I looked at a world map in our analytics application yesterday, and only Greenland and some nations in Africa have not yet found their way to youcalc.com - what a start!
